Hey there, I’m Amanda!
I am a passionate believer in making life fun and full of purpose. I have a background in whitewater raft guiding and snowboard instructing which has led me here to you.
I have years of experience coaching people out of their fear and into the results they want. Usually, when someone steps into my raft they are afraid but also committed. I give them the safety they need, the tools to succeed, and one heck of a good time.
I realized I wanted more for myself so that I could have more fun and freedom as a result. I was content living the life of an adventure guide but I knew I was capable of more.
Now I am a Life Coach who helps people go from stuck and unsure to living with pride and purpose, and of course, I make it fun! I’ve had the honor of supporting women through overcoming doubt & fear, loving all parts of themselves, and balancing out all areas of their life so they can live a life full of purpose too!

1:1 COACHING PROGRAM
During our time together we will focus on what makes you, YOU, so you can have confidence, happiness, freedom, and purpose! it's time for your dreams to become reality!
A little inside scoop:
We will unpack blockages that are keeping you stuck so you can unleash full confidence. (You’ll be surprised at what we find!)
You will have sensory anchors to keep you on track, focused, & “anchored” to your goal.
Multiple deep-dive question sequences so you gain fresh perspectives & understanding.
You will learn that we are all made up of different parts that make us whole. We will focus on your unique parts and have them all working together for long lasting results.
We will unpack beliefs that may be outdated or not useful anymore which can lead to open & clear communication. (very important!)
14 session, 75 minutes each, done over the phone or zoom
Month 1: Meet twice per week & morning and evening check-in messages (Monday - Friday) through Whatsapp. (A client favorite!)
Month 2 - 4: Meet twice a month & accountability support through Whatsapp
